The Mindful Winners’ course considers how to allow us to play tennis to our full ability, reducing unhelpful thoughts such as self- recrimination when we make a mistake, or thinking we are not skilled enough. Rob leads the training and brings a great deal of passion, plus a lifetime’s experience and knowledge to the topic, facilitating the path to playing naturally, trusting ourselves and enjoying the game. The sessions allow for participation and discussion among the people on the course, in a trusting and friendly atmosphere.

Thanks for the training Andy, I think it was very beneficial’ At the weekend, ‘Parth won a grade 3 tournament and told me he used some of the techniques during certain times in the matches. Most of the players are becoming more self-aware and more positive!

This was a fantastic course which I think most, if not all coaches would really benefit from. Andy was a great tutor and has helped me to re-think my approach to how I might get the best out of my players.

I wish we had learned this when I was playing, but nobody talked about it back then.

Having read the book, Inner game of tennis several times I found the course really helpful in giving me a deeper understanding of the philosophy behind the book. The results were instant in the drills. I will continue to use what I have learned in matches and practice. I enjoyed the session so much that I be happier if it had been twice as long. Therefore I'm looking forward to attending another session in the future.

I had the privilege of receiving tennis coaching from Rob during 10-18 years old. What always surprised me was that despite a group of 4/5 other peers, the coaching was always bespoke and tailored to my learning style. The tips and techniques taught to me by Rob are something that I have been able to use in my professional life as a clinician also. From an early age Rob taught me the fundamentals of problem solving/working towards outcomes but also crucially also having an action plan for when things don't always go to plan! I would strongly recommend working with Rob for a tried and tested method of achieving your goals and outcomes.
