What to Expect When You Work With Us

  1. Intake & Assessment
    We begin with a conversation, questionnaires, and possibly performance self-assessments to understand your strengths, barriers, and goals.

  2. Tailored Mental Game Plan
    Based on the assessment, we co-design a program of practices — which might include imagery, breathing routines, journal prompts, mental skills drills.

  3. Guided Sessions & Check-Ins
    We’ll meet (in person or remotely) to introduce techniques, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt. Over time, you become self-sufficient.

  4. Integration into Training & Competition
    Mental tools become part of your warm-up, practice, and competition routines so they’re automatic when it counts.

  5. Monitoring & Adjustment
    We track progress, reflect on successes/obstacles, and refine your plan continually.
